i've been following all of you guys and gals.. everyone is doing great.

your mass will come back don't worry. take the hospital stay as a good rest for your body to allow your ligaments and tendons to catch up.

Thanks bro.. I hope cutting will be easier then bulking .. I'm on a 5000 calorie diet 40/40/20 CPF diet right now and I m damn full all the time and bloated as hell lol ..

Not trying to one up ya bro really but I am bulking right now and in eating around 6000 so I feel ya man. Its a lot of damn food. Lol

Thanks man !!Yeah right now all I do is play squash once a week for cardio but I love it lol.. I work out 4 times a week but all mass workouts right now .. I was thinking one more month of doing this bulk and hopefully il atleast reach 195 and then I'll cut to 185 an then lean bulk from there .. I used to weigh 135 soaking wet .. So I would rather be bulked up then skinny .. My biggest fear lol

yeah I was in the 129 weight class both my junior and senior years in high school. weightlifting.. my senior year i would weigh 132 and cut down before weigh in to make weight.

i think a lot of guys on here were skinny back then.. i know when i officiate high school football the guys look really skinny to me.. skinny arms and skinny chests. but at the time they looked big. its amazing how much our bodies change as we mature in our 20's.

you have a bright future ahead of you trust me. you are way ahead of the game, wish i had websites like this when i was your age.. i used to get outdated weightlifting books from the library and read those for information and the occasional magazine.

Yeah man this site has changed my bodybuilding life for the better in many ways !! Most guys don't like to share there secrets but on here I get pointers from all u guys who are actually knowledgable and been living this life for a long time ..

It may not seem great, but compared to where I was last year this time, going through a divorce, I'm a new man lol. 6'4" around 215lbs in this pic. On Beastdrol for a couple of days, so in 4 weeks I'll have to compare.

Thanks, stevenm23. I am enjoying the beast. Vascularity is building each day, and the pumps are feeling nice.

More power to you guys. That IS a LOT of food and isn't an easy feat.
 
Yeah it's a daily job eating so much !! I can't wait until my metabolism slows the fk down so I don't need atleast 250g of carbs everyday to grow
