been a week since my last shot..

test/Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /Dianabol - methandrostenolone -

to

test/trenbolone/Winstrol - stanozolol/proviron

ran aifm/Femera - letrozole - /cabaser throughout cycle

libido was up entire time..

started this cycle at 248 around 10%

ended 263 im guessing 8-9% i dont think im holding much water since ive been on heavy AIs, winny, and prov for over 7 weeks, first 3-4 days after i switched over i pissed non stop day and night.. that came to an end after about a week and 5 lbs down haha.. so for the past 6 weeks ive been pretty dry

Pic is a little chopped up but from what you can see and the numbers looks awesome bro good work, how long was your cycle?
 
damn i went to edit that shit and had 8 replies already, sorry i forgot to upload the pics to photobucket first, so there was a time delay obviously haha
 
i went about 8 weeks on the test/deca(3 weeks of dbol) then about 7-8 on the test tren winny..

i wasnt responding that well to the deca, i think it has been too soon since i cycled deca. so i decided to switch it up sooner than planned..

so about 15-16 weeks total
 
i cant seem to get the camera adjusted to get a good bicep picture, that or the timer snaps before i can get my big ass over there haha..

my triceps overpower my biceps, and my delt overpower my chest.. legs need work..

its a work in progress..

i see now that 275 just aint gonna do it for me..i still feel lean at 260.. im gonna have to go 290-295 before i get to the size i want to be i think, its a long road but hell thats half the fun..


im 22 years old by the way i didnt post that in the original stats
 
750 mg test
500mg deca
50mg dbol


then

100mg test ED
50-75mg tren ED
100mg winny
.5 cabaser
50mg proviron
1.25 letro

tren is my new best friend..

next cycle i plan on

900-1000mg test e 1-16
800mg eq 1-16
600mg tren e 1-10

maybe some dbol to kickstart

and the scary thing and that your frame is not even filled out yet so you have the ability to be a True Mass Monster with Quality

I urge you to lift for more reps now andn the quality training route as you are probably as stong as you need to be right now.
 
Looking Solid Bro. nice Back, Looking REally Lean, Thick shoulders. Just need a little more Chest brotha and you'll be that much closer to a World Class physique, Which is exactly why we do what we do right?...

i completely agree here omega, i have recently been concentrating more on proper form/technique for each lift vs how much weight im throwing up.. i used to work in the 5-8 rep range, now im sticking with 10-12 on all lifts, mostly working til failure.. the pumps are so much more intense..

i have been working in alot more pause sets recently mostly on my back routine.. lighter weight, high reps, with 2-3 sec holds where you reeaally feel the pump/burn.. take note, i dont mean 30 lbs on lat pulldowns.. i just mean lighter than before

i worked abs maybe 5 times in the past 6 months.. im thinking about actually adding in abs every other day... been thinkin about it for a year or so now.. maybe i will one day

ive only really run test/Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /Dianabol - methandrostenolone - and test/Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - /Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate -

so far trenbolone has been my favorite.. lost BF with a not so clean diet.. while puttin on size and crazy strength..

my incline jumped from 265lbs for 8-10 reps to 315 for 8-10 in 4 weeks(all on 4th set)
 
Looking awesome man, midsection, legs and back look great. Upper pecs and bi's need some work but saying that there probably bigger and thicker than what they look in photos because of your height.

i wish i was 5 inches shorter, id probably be happy with this weight haha.. being tall doesnt always have advantages.. for instance.. squats, deads.. touching your toes.. bleh

maybe try getting that bf little lower with sum t-3?
 
ill probably throw some low dose t3 like 25-50mcg into the mix when i run the test/tren/eq

maybe some masteron.. who knows its too soon, ill end up changing it 10 times before i actually start to stick myself

im gonna try and stay off at least 5 months.. give my body a good rest.. til then its a fight to keep the weight on! so it begins!

thats true.. i could really care less about bf, as long as i stay around 9-10% (which i can do eating fast food and sittin on my ass) i could really care less, i know i might have to sacrifice a little BF to put on the mass i want but i can easily get it back down
 
looking good ,,nice shoulders .. was this your first tren cycle.. Im thinking of adding tren on my next Fall-Winter cycle
 
what kind of hamstring routine do you guys do.. besides the usual straight leg deads and hamstring curls.. im struggling on my hams..
 
looking good bro. i feel your pain on the height. i am 6'6" and i got to 280 but i felt like dog sh1t. much happier being 250 and able to walk up a flight of stairs :)

and your midesection looks fine.
