PLZ HELP! Trying to cut...will this diet do the job?

Thats what i am thinking, i have put on a good amount of weight this year. I think by cutting my carbs i will risk losing alot of what i have gained. SO i am going with the moderate carbs/high protein/mod fat until about Oct. and i will see what happens. In Oct. i will bulk up again, I love bulking, you can bascially eat everything in sight... .
