Please help me get lean!

I weigh 175 pounds and im five eight I am looking for somone to help me put together a simple diet plan that is easy to follow.

Proteins that I am willing to eat are: Chicken, Canned, Tuna, Yogurt, Whey or protein bar.

As far as carbs and fats It does not matter to me.

I lift 4-5 times a week and do cardio eod for 40 minutes

My diet is whats killing me.

I would greatly appreciate someones help. thanks!
 
yes if carbs don't matter to you... eat all protein and fat... about 60% fat and just 40% protein... that will get your body in a state of ketosis and enable you to burn your own stored bodyfat for energy.... AND HELP YOU SLIM DOWN!
