I desperatley need some advice Im pretty depressed over this...
I had a small amount of gyno ,definatley gyno from puberty. I got some nolvadex and ran that at 20Mg Ed for about 4 weeks my gyno was practically gone. Or at least at a level that I wasnt self concious about it.
I then stopped the nolva dead from 20-0 (no tapering), thats when the nightmare began. my chest swole and i got pea sized lumps about an inch and a half above my nipple. It was back worse than before
and this time it was painful + sensitive nipples and a burning feeling.
About a week ago I started the nolvadex again to see if I could stop this and some proviron which I heard can prevent estro rebound, which is what I think happened when I stopped the nolvadex. I also intend on tapering the nolvadex.
A week in my nipple are still sensitive have been erect for a week! but I have had little pain just slight discomfort which comes and goes and seems to switch sides. WTF! the lumps are smaller but still sensitive if I squeeze them. I'm trying not to touch my chest at all in case I agreviate the problem.
Does anyone have any experience of this or can tell me if it'slikley estro rebound or if the nolva is causing prog gyno?
Or if anyone has any input at all on how I can sort this out I'm quite terrified.
I'm currently on my first day of second week of nolva started at 40 first week now im on 20mg, even on 40mg symptoms were the same havent used and proviron yet. would I be better using an ai such as aromasin at small doses while on the nolva?
