you have good proportion and the best thing is to work everything evenly from now on.
many guys work the only what they see and then everything goes out of whack.

EZ E - No supps. Gallon of whole milk per day, and then just breakfast lunch and dinner. It is about 3700-4000 normally - more than half being liquid. Remember, I was 137 so I had, and still do, have complete disregard for a balanced diet. It hasn't proven to be too harmful, yet.

Thanks for the replies, I don't get on here often so I'm a bit late with my response.

add some protein powder to the milk. it will help. you look a little to lean and your diet has to much open space for mass building.

your off to a good start. you look good. dont let this take anything away from that. the beginning is always the easiest time to build. its almost like your body is thanking you for finally working out its needs are verry low you just grow no matter what you do. but most people hit that first plateu in a short while and wonder what the hell happened. not enough food is usually the cause.
