I started out lifting Aug 2008 @ 137lbs. Currently at 160-165 and 5'10". I've been mainly doing 5x5, but started HST last week. I don't have before pictures (i apologize), however I had pencils for legs and was pretty toned, but skinny in the upper body. I would really like to know what is lacking and needs improvement. I'm completely new at lifting for the most part and just need to know where I'm at. The pictures are WITHOUT clothes, but censored. I appreciate any constructive criticism. Thanks fellas.
