Hey guys. So I plan on taking Insulin (Humilin-R) for the first time and I just wanted to post to make sure what I plan on doing is safe and effective. I am 19 years old, 5'11, 172lbs (spikes from 170-174) and around 11-12% BF i think. Ill put a pic of me as my avatar.
So I plan on taking it every other day so 3-4 times a week even though I work out everyday. I've done quite a bit of research but its never bad to let people help me from killing myself. So here is my plan:
-wake up
-workout
-drive home (10mins)
-inject 3 IU's to start (up 1 IU every time I inject until i cap at 7, unless i feel good then ill slowly increase til 10 IU's and cap it)
-Drink my creatine monohydrate right after injection (41 grams of sugar in the mix, its by six star so it has sugar already added)
-After an hour have my shake which is 60g of protein and around 20g of carbs
-when insulin is gone (4 hours after injection) ill have the rest of my calories from another meal
And I stop there unless I feel any symptoms which then ill drink my handy dandy juice. Im stopping there because thats aleady a lot of carbs for a small amount of insulin but I prefer to be safe (they say 10g of carbs per IU but I am going double and slowly increasing insulin to minimize fat gain) . So i plan on doing that until I hit 6-7 IU mark which I will then add a meal near the 2 hour mark which would be a complex carb source (since I got my simple carb from the creatine) such as pasta or rice with some chicken or fish. And again, have my juice with me in case of early symptoms. I plan on doing this for 3 weeks on and having 6 weeks off. Im kind of sketchy about the drive home since it takes 10mins which can alter the results but its better than risking my life driving home after injecting at the gym. Unless you think its okay that I bring my creatine with me and drink it right after i inject at the gym which keeps my blood sugar level safe. Sorry its such a long post, but its my first time and I am making sure its safe =).
P.S. Im not on any other gear since im broke
Thank you!
