I see your point bro...i think i will up my cardio (that is where it has been lagging) i do have a caliper at home, and to be honest ..by what everyone has said doesnt look like i used it right if i THOUGHT i was 18%BF...im thinking of doing cardio at least for 40min...right now im on the 5X5 program..works great!

i would do wind sprints....and up the intesity on your weight training ie less time inbetween sets higher reps. no need for a 5x5 program right now if you wanna look good. you should be in and out of the gym in no more than an hour.

use a watch. notice how everytime needsize post a video he gets up from his lift and sets his watch. i think you could agree he know what he is doing

also you diet looks decent on paper...but lets see how you apply it. good luck and take this serious...youll get there

You got the size bro, now we need to work on the shape.first off, I'll cut to the chase, you are higher than 18%.....more in the 24-26%, no need to bullshit yourself, right. Next, post your diet....I can smell some major flaws and I'll try to help....lastly, cardio and training.......lets see your routine.

didnt I just say no bullshit anymore??

There is no friggn way in hell you have been following this diet EXACTLY, day in and out, and are where you are now.........so, now, let's get to the truth......

No,no,no don't do any AAS yet! What helped me the most was to track exactly what I was eating, not some master plan of what my diet looked like. It is very very important to know exactly how many calories you are eating and how it affects your body. Spend 2 weeks tallying exactly what you eat and how your body responds. Then I'd start cutting Calories 500 every 2 weeks until I've lost at least 2 inches off the gut and chest. You can hover there for a while but eventually you will stop loosing inches (lbs BTW are a worthless measurement IMO.)

Get a good starting point, with body measurements and calories. Find out how many calories it takes YOU to start loosing weight.

Anyone can give you what they eat and how they train, but everyone is different. Find out what works for you.

Measure Chest, Bicept, Waist, Theigh. Take measurements every two weeks and adjust your diet accordingly.

Cardio in the AM on an empty stomach has by far worked the best for ME for shedding BF.

I would hit up some cardio after you lift so you are at 100% HIIT works best for me, I list about 25lbs of fat in less than 2 mos. make sure you eat very clean. Looks like you have a great base to work off of!! Good luck Bro!!

Monkey Arms in on to something. Write down exactly what you eat and at what time for the next few days and then post it. If you do it we will be able to analyze what is going on.
You definately have the size. You should work hard on dropping the bf. Take it from me. I was about where you were when I started.
When I started to see muscle fibers and striations it changed my life. Keep at it. It will happen in time.
Wait until you can see some abs before hopping on AAS. Once you can see your abs that means your diet is spot on and your body will be ready to rock!

gotta love jkurz....lol

lol...yes you said NO BULLSHIT....lol...so this is what i started YESTERDAY! actually this is what i have been TRYING to do...but like you said not stict enough...not day in day out.....so that is one of my downfalls..i feel this is a good diet..but i tend to not hold onto it...but since yesterday....it made me realize that i have too stick to it! with doing cardio for 40min and the diet im sure i will get to where i need be...so any changes i should do to the diet? how do you feel about 5X5 training and 40 min of cardio right after (no i cant split them due to work schedule)
