looking really good man! you got some cannonball delts under there and alot of mass, aspecially on your arms!

chest looks like lagging a little bit. Cut and then do your chest and you'll look great! you don't have to worry about muscleloss when cutting when you're around 15%+ as long as protein intake is 300 grams and carbs not under 100 grams. Fat tissue will releasy fat really easily

lookin big, but you need to shed a lot of BF. personally I like to seperate cardio and weights by at least 4 hours, doing cardio first thing on an empty stomach.
 
ok this is what my diet looks like now...

6am - protien shake

8am - 6 scrammbled eggs (2 whole) 1 piece 100% whole wheat toast

1030 - protien shake

1pm - 4 pieces of chicken tenderloins 3/4 cup brown rice w/veggies

4pm - 4 hard boiled eggs w/1 packet oats

645 - 745 - TRAIN w/PWO shake (unless im in class on wed/thurs protien shake around 630)

10pm - 4 pieces of chicken tenderloins w/veggies

breaks down to this :

1/4 c brown rice 140 1 29 3
7 scoops protein powder 840 7 32 154
1 packet oatmeal 100 2 19 4

well i think you are more then.. 18% b.f. that is for sure
because that is where I am now... but you look like you got some muscle under there...
 
get on some clen,winny,eq, ...or somethin bro.....i know u already pointed this out but your solid just get that body fat down

How much more effective is morning cardio or HIIT for fat burning than waiting 3-4 hours before doing cardio or HIIT?
