I wonder if it's okay to go from one pill to two prior to workouts? Somehow I'm not getting quite the same effect off of one and this is only my second week of taking it. Does body weight play a role?
i would say take it 5 days and take 2 days off. Keep your body from getting used to it, and keep fat burning at optimal levels. When you start building a tolerance to 1 pill, i start taking 2, but never have taken more than 2 in a serving.
i take 2 in the morning and on before i work out,,if i take too much before i work out,,,,,,,,it has a reverse effect on me,,,,,,makes me tired,,,,,,,i dont know how but it does
