phase 1 pics

on legs how bad are you feeling it?

like on smith squats there is a distinct point (at least for me) where i find my groove and every rep hurts so bad, like they are gunna burst or i wanna die. even on warmups. but then if i fall out of my groove i dont even feel it at all.

do you feel the agony when you do them?

basically for me i use hardly any hip movement and just flex my quads as hard as i can and that flexing forces my legs straight and the weight up, as opposed to just pressing blindly with my feet.

I just want to post these up next to each other so we can all see the gains you have made on your back shot in such a small time. I must say good job bro. Its working for you.

Your shoulders have gotten alot bigger. Your whole body looks alot fuller. I think you're right to focus on chest. It doesn't look like you lack size in your legs, just definition, which will probably come in the later phase when Omega has you diet.

As far as Legs Just Keep at it.

Some time the response curve for some muscle takes longer.
But ALL muscle will come around do to the sophistication of our training.

For example Chest and Tris took along time for me to start , but now they do at will IF I apply the techniques religiously

yeah, that is my little boy always in the action. he was wanting to get his picture taken as well. only supps right now is whey protein, was on creapure, but need to get some more.

thanks for the advice. yes the smith squats definitely give my quads a good workout when keeping form form.
