Standing DB Shoulder Presses 10sx5x10
Incline Barbell Tri. Ext. 25x5x6
Face Pulls 30x3x15
All these exercises are completely new to me, but they were fun and it felt very good. My arms felt absolutely enormous afterwards.
It was fun having Exodus and Trinity hanging out with us. Thanks, guys.
