this doesnt apply to me,
but i just was wondering if someone does normal weight lifting routine, but then every day also did endurance things, like 50 pushups and a buttload of situps,
could this lead to overtraining, or interfere with the rebuilding of the muscle, or it doesnt matter because its so light in comparison to normal workouts and goes for endurance
