overtraining curiousity question

this doesnt apply to me,
but i just was wondering if someone does normal weight lifting routine, but then every day also did endurance things, like 50 pushups and a buttload of situps,
could this lead to overtraining, or interfere with the rebuilding of the muscle, or it doesnt matter because its so light in comparison to normal workouts and goes for endurance
 
I think that it depends on the person. Some people recover very fast, while others are very slow to recover. It also depends on their diet, sleep patterns, and I also think that it depends on your life style. Is your life volatile and unpredictable, or is it settled and calm? I think that plays a big part in your recovery time also. That's why I don't think there is any one perfect routine out there that fits every person.

That's just my opinion. :)
