I think you guys are missing the point. The main reason for taking your entire daily dose of Dbols before your workout is not for the added psychological advantage but rather to ensure as rich an anabolic environment as possible in the critical hours after training when nutrient uptake for growth is at its maximum. We know that maximum blood levels are obtained 1.5 to 3 hours after ingestion, so taking your entire daily dose of Dbols 30-60 minutes before training is definitely the right way to go. Having said that, on non training days, spacing out your dose is probably the best choice.
