Opinions on injecting igf AT the gym

obviously the sooner you stick it the better.....i eat in the locker room after training.....but i am a little hesitant to bring a slin pin full of igf to the gym...and also what about infections due to injecting into dirty skin tissue????

do you all just do it as soon as you get home? i injected one time in the bathroom after training once and got an infection.....after that i am nervous bout it

Personally I go into the locker room, find a stall, lock the door and stick it. Never had any problems with that and i have been doing it for 2 years

yep.. igflr3... use a travel kit for insulin, it has a cool pack..

i assume they sell those at walgreens walmart etc????

also can you mix the igf with water before you leave for the gym and shoot it about 2hours later or is that too long for it to be mixed with water???

I feel you on the dirty inject site. bring some rubbing alchohol and use the tp

walgreens has one , but google will get you a leather one.. that's cool..

you can preload one..

or just pack the vial and go there..

I usually stick the used pin in the ceiling when im done.

to prevent infection i buy those little alcohol prep pads. then i grab my gear bag, find a nice stall, maybe drop a deuce if i feel the need, clean off the injection site and stick. throw the pin back in my bag. oh i just use a little cold pack to keep it from dying. its a little tougher if your doing tri's/traps or any muscle you cant see how much your putting in. maybe bring a pocket mirror?
