First up, stats:
5'10"
170lbs
12% BF (hydrostatic)
Going on 25yrs next month.
Diagnosed hypogonadic (285ng/dl free-test
)
Some long-ish history:
I spent the majority of last year clean bulking (with 1 cycle) and got myself up to 185lbs. From Jan-March I dropped about 15lbs through IF and keto, almost all fat, to get to a fairly lean 170lbs. That's far from good enough, and I've hit a major plateau.
I already eat only a few Kcal over BMR (usually TDEE - 500 or more), a keto-type diet and IF style. I've tried changing it up to a more balanced diet, tried doing 6 small meals, taking a diet break, and upping the cardio (steady and HIIT)... Nothing really helped.
Well, I can currently run a 15k, but the weight is still barely moving (about -1lb/mo). IMHO, having spent the majority of my life as an obese teen (previously lost over 100lbs of fat) there's a bit of damage that just won't undo. I've never been able to get below 12% BF as being nearly 260lbs as a teenager didn't lend it's self to the proper anabolism I should have had (missed that great testosterone spurt... and had very high E levels likely all those years from aromatase in fat).
I've decided to do the following:
Wk 1-8: 320mg Test E split into 3 small injections to prevent E2 conversion.
Wk 2-6: 50mg Var taken sublingually.
Wk 2-7: 50mcg T3 tapered up and down.
Wk 9-13: Clomid tapered as recommended.
ECA stack e3d except when t3's at full dosage.
Diet is the same every day: 1900kcal, 205g protein, <30g carbs.
Tilapia Filet + green vegetables
Salmon Filet + green vegetables
2x Chicken Breasts + green vegetables
750ml skim milk (pre and post workout for some tkd type carbs)
2x Pork Rib chops + green vegetables
Ground Turkey Quiche (1/2lb turkey, taco spices, and eggwhite)
Anything anyone would change? I eat over 1kg of low carb vegetables a day. I don't do whey protein (no need) but I take multivitamins, fish oil and other things.
My question:
I've got a fuck load of formestane on hand. I love using it for var only PCT... But was wondering if I should use a small eod dose during my cycle to help combat any possible E side effects. I'm not sure if I'm estrogen sensitive, but I have had issues with sensitive nips at the end of an earlier, short (9wk) test only cycle.
I have clomid for PCT instead. Think I should include it after the first week (when the e has a chance to work)? I'm already doing multiple small injections to help combat conversion, but IMHO, lowering aromatase can only help, right?
Any opinions are welcomed.
