Lots of progess. Im at around 195 right now. Was 210-215 ish.

I can definitely see the difference between the before and after standing relaxed abb shots. I need to get a digi camera soon myself, helps guage visual progress

I was comparing your crabshots, but it looks like you may have lost a bit of delt size, unless your doing the pose differently.

Another month and you'll be nicely shredded.
