P60 if you'd take a well deserved break from dieting you'd probably be able to go lower bodyfat. Your leptin levels are probably in the dirt and once that happens you'll always be hungry and you'll have one hell of a time dropping anymore fat. This is why regular refeeds are the key to long term dieting. Refeeds restore leptin levels after they drop from dieting all week. Leptin levels play a role in your body composition setpoint. If you hardcore diet for 16 weeks without refeeding once your leptin levels will drop considerably and as far as your body is concerned your setpoint was back where leptin was highest 16 weeks ago. By refeeding weekly or even bi-weekly you will keep leptin levels higher so once you reach your goal you'll have an easier time staying there. Once I adopted this principle I've had a lot easier time getting to and maintaining leanness.
