I hope everyone is doing well today, I will be going back to posting daily updates with this log as I have been officially back on my trt dose of 70mg a day with the compounding cream which started on Wednesday October 18 2023.
Plan moving forward is for the next 12 weeks I will be off cycle and on my trt dose only giving my body plenty time to return to baseline heal and recover before my second cycle starts.
The plan for now is hit cardio hard and volume with the weights and try to cut down and lean up more before my second cycle takes place. I want to get down to 10-12% bodyfat is the goal.
Cardio will be upped from 4 days to 5-6 days a week 1 hour or more a day.
My second cycle will be these compounds and run for 12 weeks.
Testosterone Cypionate 300mg a week
Equipoise 300mg a week
Primobolan 300mg a week
Tbol 50mg a day ( 6 weeks total)
Arimidex .5mg-1mg a week
N2Guard 7 caps a day
My aim is to mix anabloic compounds with androgenic compounds and get a nice balance and synergy going, I am looking for more of the cosmetic benefit and muscle sparring benefits that I can attain with EQ & Primo together along with me being on a cut I feel they go well together for my goal, the tbol will be used for added strength aspects along with the testosterone, I believe this can be an awesome second cycle for myself and it is very reasonable imo.

I decided while on trt I need to really hit cardio as hard as possible to drop bodyfat and get closer with my vision and being in proper shape for my second cycle.
Also keep my weights a little less heavy and pound the pump/volume/endurance aspect.
In the last two days I put in 7.15 miles at and Incline utilizing the thread mill, my first cycle I kept it at 30-45 minutes and did no cardio on off days. This time around it will be cardio on my 5 workout days and cardio on one of my off days and will be no shorter than 1 hour minimum.
Weight training has been 45minutes up into 1 hour max 5 days a week. With Cardio at 60minutes up into 1 hour & 30 minutes to be done 5-6 days a week for 12 weeks to prepare for second cycle.
In two days time I've done 3 hours of cardio and burned off 1,175 calories with just cardio alone not including my calories burned with weight training.
I need to keep up the pace and not fuck around, time to tighten up and push it to the limit and be locked in, if I am to hit the stage one day I have to put the work in day in and day out everyday For my vision to become a reality and for me to try and become a champion one day. no excuses.
