When i saw the picture i couldnt beleive it. Gunther looked incredible, such cuts with that mass yet he comes 5th behind Coleman, Levron and Cormier. Do you guys think its possible there is a little racism going on because Gunther is German? Coleman to be looked lucky to have been in top 5. i had Gunther 1st, Levrone 2nd, Ruhl 3rd.

Arnold may be Austrian but that was 25 years ago, the current trend is much different sadly. IMO Arnold Lou and co looked much better than Coleman, Yates, Cormier et al. They looked like Gods, not plastic freaks.

weiders not american, so i don't know that has anything to do with it. I still think that if weider really hand picked the winner, gunter would win. He is a weider sponsored athlete, handsome guy who is well spoken and popular with the fans. I'm not saying that judges arern't influenced, but i'm also not sure that ronnie wins because he gives sexual favors to weider or the judges. If that was the case what does that say about dorian and haney?

Dorian had a very dodgy Olympia win as well with that torn bicep. The state of pro bodybuilding stinks right now. Something needs to change thats for sure. Coleman looked like he had been crapped out of Gunthers ass at the Olympia, he was incredible.
Interesting i have heard the rumors about Coleman blowing judges as well haha

the state of pro bodybuilding has always been this way, the weiders have always ran pro bodybuiding. Mentzer thought it was fixed in 80, nubret thought it was fixed in the early 70's. I think it's kinda of funny how everyone thinks that the pro that they like gets screwed out of a win because the aren't bending over for the judges, trust me if thats what it took to win the olympia, bob paris would have more sandow's than haney, and paul dillet would place higher. By the way i thought gunter looked better than ronnie also.

Definately agree with all that was said. Gunter was in perhaps all time greatest shap. Surprised Levrone threw it together so fast, but he's always good w/ that last minute shit. Dexter wasn't bad either.................but once again, Ronnie could probably come in at his 300 lbs off season condition and still win, it's a no brainer.

My question is this: WTF happen to King Kamali? Am I imagining things or does it look as though he came in about 20 lbs. smaller. He was obviously marked way down finishing 17th I believe???
