Been a member here for years and years. Just finished my diet down. Best christmas shape ive ever been in hehe. Im 6'2, around 90kg natty.

I had a heavy bulker after my contest in 2006. Over a year with tons of calories and ended up a big fatty.

So it was time to get rid of it.

Plan now is to keep this shape, try to build while maintaining the bodyfat. I know its not easy, but thats ok. I like how i look now hehe.

nice results man, how long have you been lifting and how long did it take to get to where your at once you changed your mind. for positive feed back i think you need to work on your traps a bit

Ive been traning for 15 years or so now. Took me a good 12 months to go from 120kg to 90kg. I took it slow as to not loose to much muscle mass. Upper back has been lagging for a couple of years yeah, working hard on em.

Yep, I agree. Those traps need some attention. Tri's too. Your biceps really stand out on your arms. The tri's should be equally as "kablaam!" I have somewhat of the same issue. My biceps are naturally big, and my tris naturally a little small in contrast to the bi's. I've put a lot of attention to the tri's to bring them up to par with my bi's. I'm still not quite there, but almost.

Everything else looks pretty solid to me. Looking real lean. Legs looking good. Lats looking good.

Basically its my genetics that prevent my triceps from looking big in any poses with bent elbows. The length of my tendons makes it a really short muscle, so when it get stretched, it almost dissapears. Only remedy is putting more mass on it. For me it takes a long time to gain mass, so there are no quick fixes. Just need to keep pounding em and eventually they will grow. Personally i feel that my side triceps pose is one of my best.

Your side tri DOES look good. When you do a side bicep/chest pose, your tri's really stretch and they get a little flat looking. It's genetic unfortunately.

nice results--diet must have been super clean

now, if you were not natty, i would say start pinning in your tris....stretch the facia or try a bit or igf-1 in them(although the stuff scares me)

Looking real good bro. Hopefully these pics you posted will give some people a fire under there ass.
