I get my blood work done before, @5weeks, and @ the end. If you aren't willing to get bloodwork done then you have no businees doing aas. So i say try it and get checked out regulary.
P.S. when did 6 weeks become the magic number? everybody handles aas differently.

Triple-G said:in Turkey, 14yr old girls a still prescribed A-bombs (oxymetholone aka Anapolon-50) at 50mg ed because it is cheaper than EPO when going against anemia. They are taking it for years in a row and while liver values become elevated, serious problems are rare.
problems with 17aa-steroids and liver toxicty in bodybuilders are almost always associated with other bad liver behavior, mostly drinking alcohol. Today also accutane is often taken by young athletes and since accutane itself is very liver toxic, using it to fight dbol induced acne is hazardous to your liver.
in the 80s even 100mg of dbol ed was given in scientific studies for 6-12 weeks without even raising liver values. if dbol or any other 17aa steroid is the only thing your are taking and you never drink alcohol, you must really have bad luck to develop any liver condition regardless of the time frame you use. not using orals at all is still the best option, but the dangers of 17aa orals are greatly exaggerated on the boards now.
ALSO A GOOD REPLY.

LOL!!! Bro...come on. Can it? Show me the bodies. Sure, it can kill you if you have pre-existing liver problems, or are a heavy drinker/drug user. But if you're a healthy person with normal liver values with no pre-existing condition or family history of liver problems...I'd say the odds are very very very slim.
Still, blood work (especially liver values) should be done to ensure safety.
