Ok.... Arthoscopic knee surgery schd Oct 11th.

I've been both through a scope and partial knee replacement and I'm only 28. I recommend Test E at 250mg per week. IGF could help although i didn't run it. Most importantly. I ran 250mg of test and 3 IUs of GH. Take it easy at 1st. I wouldn't hit the gym for a bit. I don't know how bad your knees are but I was dealing with bone on bone with a hole in the bone as well hence the partial replacement.

Get that knee moving ASAP. Therapy, ICE, elevate multiple times a day. Ask and see if they will let you take one of those big rubber bands they use at therapy. You want to keep the swelling done. Hardest part of it all is being patient. My recovery time from the scope was 8 weeks. I had a problem in week 7 and it swelled up like a bitch and all i did was go camping. Things are never really the same after a surgery. Best of luck bud.

Yea that sounds more extensive on your surgery. I am having a miniscus tear fixed and scar tissue scoped. On both knees.... I don't have any Roids right now but I'm going to run the IGF l 3 prob about 40 twice a day alternating knees and areas etc....

Ok IGF L 3 is mixed 3cc mls of AA in 1 mg vial.... Got 3 mg total of IGF the other two vials are unmixed and in fridge with the mixed one. So 1 cc/ml of the mixed IGF should be 333 mcg .... I'm only going to use 40 mcg twice a day one in the morning left knee one in evening right knee all after eating.... And start rehad and then light training ASAP!!!!!
