good plan. But what do you do for livin'?

Good plan. I'd sub some peanuts or ANPB for some flax oil somewhere along the line.

Some are gonna give you controversy on the carbs + fats in the same meal. (I would be one on them, however, I know you believe otherwise and are grown man capable of arriving at your own conclusion, so what you believe is up to you).

Enough cals???

Maybe I'll take your advice during cutting.......but on a bulk, anything should go bro....

I could live with this.

I'm not sure how many cals that adds up to, but I say 2800 is a good number for you to start with.

If you feel you aren't gaining mass fast enough, add 100-200 per week until you find a good balance between gaining muscle/fat.

Fitday said it was close to 4,000 - way over estimated?

The abs are getting blurry and my mind is saying turn back.....but my body is telling me to mush on...I'm still doing daily cardio, just now it's 20 minutes instead of 35......hope its all in the diet and cutting will be easy with a few tweaks.......

DJUFO..

whats this map about with the blue areas/????

For awhile, i thought it was who took where in the election. But now that I think about it, not too sure.

Your diet looks like your trying to bulk up.....ahh..maybe not I changed my mind kind of attitude. Add a shake 50g pro every three or four hours and that'll help.

HUH?

didnt mean to hijack your thread bro..
but that map got me curious..

you being serious bro? I take your suggestions seriosuly, as I feel you are one that really pays attention to detail....dont think the sandwhichs are too much? one at 630 and the other at 230 on top of my meals???? Is this something you'd follow???

That bread will make you smoooooth. If you want to lose all of your abs, I'd eat that much bread.....Otherwise try complex carbs from a better source - IMO

It's 100% whole grain organic and ezekial bread bro....no hfcs, no junk/fillers, etc.....it's four pieces of bread total for a total of 75g of carbs and some good fiber......it's gi rating is close to that of oats.....not the processed crap.........still think it'll make me smooth?

The only "bread" that I eat are the ones made without flour. I think that Ezekial you mentioned is the sprouted grain and no flour bread. Good stuff. Also, Mestemacher makes an entirely whole grain product w/out flour. In my case, breads, rice, and potatoes smooth me out. I eat only one slice per day, usually in the morning. Broccoli, lettuce, fruits and most veggies don't hold the ab-blurring water with me. If you are still close to 7% Bodyfat, it would be a shame to lose the abs, as the chicks really dig them. In fact, you will look bigger, at least with no shirt on, with the abs still visible.
Most people would kill for abs. Keep 'em, if you can.

Bro I'm tooo damn skinny..............its impossible to do both......I'm 180......the best opionion Ive had so fat was to get up to a good weight (225) and then cut down..........abs are VERY overrated bro............esp. when you are weak, as ANYONE can get them, hell the drunk on the corner has abs.........

Here's todays - I'll keep updating and you tell me when you'd make a change

6:15am 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop whey, 1/2 tuna salad sandwhich on wheat, 1/2 cup skim in coffee....

9:00 - 3/4 cup steel cut oats, 1 cup egg whites, 250g of dry curd cottage cheese, 1/2 apple, 1/2 cup skim in coffee.............
