couple of changes from what I was doing just keeping it interesting tin the off season so I don't fall off
Meal 1.


5 weetbix
1 banana
30g honey
25g nut butter
protein shake

TRAIN!
Post workout


130g cornflakes
350ml rice milk


Meal 3.

chicken breast 170g
white rice 370g
pineapple 80g

Meal 4.

protein shake
5 crumpets
40g jam

Meal 5.

4 slices sourdough (homemade burger with the lot)
220g lean mince
salad
400ml apple juice
60g Cream of rice
