Felt like things were starting to stall on push day but managed to up the weight on everything which I was super pumped with!!
I think rest for a lot of people is overlooked without proper rest and recovery sessions become hard and near impossible to progress. in saying that I know people work laborious jobs which makes it hard to be consistent with getting rest and meals in. Thats one thing I've noticed since leaving a physical job I've become stronger and recovery is through the roof so i encourage you all to focus on what i talked about best you can and see for yourself the change.

weight was pretty steady this week 110.8kg but pretty happy with that as Thursday night had a spew due to unknown reason could've been some food didn't agree with me but in any case, happy to still be going forwards.

other news is my coach has hung up the boots so as of now I'm coaching myself until I pick my next coach which I'll look to do in the coming weeks I'd say.

been meaning to take some progress photos to keep myself accountable while I'm doing my own thing atm but haven't had time with work and other things going on so ill post some chest day pump photos.

Weight stayed the same 110.6kg hoping next week I can be 100% and can close in on the 111kg.

Trained at a different gym to try out some of the old school nautilus back pieces, these machines are probably as old as I am but move so freely like its brand new and very well maintained.
overall a cool experience and will probably go again as it hit the back so well and moves on slightly different pathways from equipment that i normally use. The machines were good for the ego as well as you can load the fuck out of these machines.

now the focus has changed and it's a lot more volume which I'm excited for as a change is as good as a holiday sometimes. so ill upload my current workout that I did today and personally I'm keen to see how my body responds and I'm low key hoping I respond better to this approach so I can pack the mass on but we'll see in the coming months what happens.
