Killed. Moving 5 day split back to Tues thru Sat. Seems just to work better for me. Legs were shaking all the way through post workout meal so I did something right. I did take some pics this am but I think I am going to get someone to take some better one's of me tomorrow. It is really hard to pose and hold the camera phone at the same time! Lol And IMO they do not represent my physique well. So I will do that as promised tomorrow and they will be posted no later than Monday!

Haven't measured lately bro I am think 19 or so. I'll measure up on my next session with my trainer and let you know. He won't let me shave my arms until I hit 20. Lmao

Find it very hard...most of the time I will go and do abs an cardio or just cardio lol just because i justify it to myself saying its not lifting heavy weights lol. I probably shouldn't though but got the fat to burn so I go hahaha.

Thanks Zed! I actually space my hands about 8" apart here. I like the pull from the delts. Also when I am at the top of the movement My elbows are wide and parallel. Hope that makes sense?

Gj I am sitting at 239 as of this am and guesstimate on bf would be 12%. I am gaining but still staying lean it'd kind of weird really. I am eating like a horse but not gaining excessive bf. I like the volume and my body seems to be responding well. When I stop seeing gains the routine will change. Thanks for asking bro and glad you stopped in.
