Heyyy I did chest today too! I mixed some clen in with my eviscerate and put it on my chest, pinned some ghrp-6 took drank my bcaa's and hit it hard in a OWL influenced fashion. It was awesome it felt good man.

yep RADAR the gelatine thing is what works best for me and its the cheapest too!
OWL get that in the canning area or the jello area. I use the gelatine packs.
 
Already ahead of you guys. I saw you and Radar posting about this a while back and started the gelatine routine already. Works great along with krill oil.

Killed. Moving 5 day split back to Tues thru Sat. Seems just to work better for me. Legs were shaking all the way through post workout meal so I did something right. I did take some pics this am but I think I am going to get someone to take some better one's of me tomorrow. It is really hard to pose and hold the camera phone at the same time! Lol And IMO they do not represent my physique well. So I will do that as promised tomorrow and they will be posted no later than Monday!

Hahahahaha I believe if you keep going at some point you will. After we finish this bikini comp then it is time for some serious lifting. Figure is no joke. Those chics are built like a brick shit house. Lol:supercool
