I have been around before. I've belonged to another site which seems to no longer exist. This place came highly recommended. So here I am....again.

38yrs
6+ lifting

Haven't lifted for last 6 months, kids play sports, knee injury, life in general turned upside down......Back on now and hitting it hard.

Feels good to be in the gym again........
