K I'll keep this simple & no bullshit cuz atleast all you'll get is me, no lies. Alot of you will not agree with what I'm about to do and say, but what's done is done, aswell as I've thought about what I'm doing and will continue to do it.

So I'm 16, 160lbs, 6.7% body fat, somewhere like 143lbs lean mass.. take supplements and prohormones. I just want to make a log of where I'm at, where I want to be, that kind of thing. Don't say "your too young for supplements", that's not what this is about.
 
During this, I'm going to post pictures of what I am, and how i want to look, many angles, and post progress pictures of overall muscular mass aswell as individual muscles

^^ you are to fucking young!! Supplements like protein powder and creatine I can understand but pro horomones ... why shut down your natural test at that level as well as other horomones when your in your prime for growing ??? Honestly.... I doubt youv hit any sort of plateau...

OP, just curious….how did you come to make this decision?

I know prohormoning really young messes up your levels when you get older, but I wasn't getting results fast enough so it was resorting to prohormones or injections

Ye he meant me.. But listen. Would you guys rather me talk truthfully? And talk to people who know their stuff about bodybuilding and supplementing and know what works and what is garbage? Or rather me fuck up some how for some reason.. I've done two cycles of superdrol, I've taken liquid clen, nolva, tried oxyelite and t2 stack.. I have letro for gyno for any reason if it happens

ANYWAYS. My goal is 180lbs at 6-7%... I'd be happy with 7, I'd explode with happiness if it were 6.5.. Also i want to change how my core looks... I will post one dead honest picture in a second of myself (no flexing), one with me flexing, And one of how I want to look

What is your training schedule like? I'm guessing @ 16 you're not seeing the gains you want because you're doing 3-4 sets of 10 of every single exersize you know... which is pretty much bench and curls for most high school kids.

please tell this kid.. yes key words KID...that this is stupid and he can do so much i mean i legit dont want to use steroids, and im 22, no one really needs them, and using them young is asking to be hurt. period.

well im going to have to agree with bench and curls, however i do much more then that.. each day has its own body part, ill go to the gym 4-5 days a week. abs are done every 3rd day or so, for a total of 2-3 times a week.

monday-chest/bicep
tuesday-back
wednesday-rest
thursday-shoulders/traps/tricep
friday- complete legs

dont say 3-4 sets of 10 reps. i do 1 set light weight to get blood flowing, 2nd set moderate weight, 3rd set heavy weight.. first two sets are 10-12 reps.. last set is 6-8 reps.. example..
my shoulder press.. 35x12 50x12 65x6-8.. i consider form abovce all else.. if i cant lift a weight without proper form, the weight is too heavy for me.. i can get 5 reps atleast clean with 65lbs dumbbells for shoulders, the last two reps is someone stabalizing my elbows but still all my power. (so i can go beyond failure for gains).

im not asking for supplements are i? i said this is a log and i was asking how i could obtain my goals. whatever supplements i use to obtain my goals are my business, not yours. specifically i was asking diet wise what should i be eating to cut down, and i was going to post pictures of my progress to be how i want to look vs how i look now. no where did i ask your opinion on what supplements i should be taking and i BELIEVE i said i know you disagree with my supplemental choice, but its my choice, not yours.
 
What does it matter what we have to say when we look at pics of you and your in no way shape or form ready to use anything besides good ol fashioned hard work and diet ?

Your wanting to use pro horomones at that age and haven't even got your diet down yet ?

You've use clen and superdrol at age 16 and you look like that ? Hell most teenagers that eat half right / play sorts look like that if not better . Why dont you get your diet down , your weight lifting routine down , then ask for advice once youv reached a small hill , you change up your workout and keep gaining until your actually of age to be using such substances.

I agree how do kids come up with these crazy ideas these days ?? Guess its just the new world where they want results and fast without giving it a decent effort , which you have already proved by not even having a structured diet down.. From your previous cycles and experience I would at least expect you to be at 200 lbs with a good frame ready to be on the next level but your not anywhere near that no offense.

Young man how tall are you? How much do you Squat, Bench, Deadlift.

Please post a 2-3 day diet log; we'd be curious to see what you eat.

At your age you run a serious risk of serious, permanent damage to your system by using steroids or prohormones. Do you want kids in the future? A normal sex life?

Listen to the advise of the good folks on here: we've 'been there, done that'.

Also I would really like to see what you consider complete legs and what your doing on the rest of the body parts you listed so that we can evaluate your training for you a little bit.

Daily diet, I try for 200g protein 40g fat, 150-200g carbs.. I eat as lean as possible, I love tuna and protein shakes and sardines.. I take 3 fish oil caps a day starting yesterday.. I'm not sure if the numbers above are good or bad, any input would be good.. I'm pretty happy with my body, I'm just trying to get my abs to show more, I'm not sure if I should bulk abs, or cut with cardio.. And even with cardio idk if I should sprint for 10minutes or power walk for 30min.. Complete legs means thighs, calves, hamstrings, basically every leg muscle so the next day I'm walking slow and with a limp in both legs lol

Ok your breakdown on your macro nutrients looks pretty good actually. At 16yrs old I am actually impressed with that. Food is the most anabolic substance out there. Now If you want your abs to show more then you have to incorporate some serious ab training. Some may disagree with me here but I do not add weight to my ab routines. Hanging leg raises, decline situps. Cross over situps etc with body weight will do that. You want a flat stomach not a protruding one so do not add weight. Cardio I do HIIT. I normally set the treadmill on 30 minutes. Walk 2 sprint 1 min. That keeps the body fat in ck. If you get online and calculate your basic nutrition needs you can see how many cals you should consume to maintain your current weight. Once you have done that I would first up those about 250cals. If you were my age I would say lower them but at 16 up them a little and tweak from there. Now your training routine needs to have compound lifts. Squats, Deads, Barbell Rows, Overhead press. These build strength and will help to define your core. You get stronger and your muscles grow. Period. Strong core=better looking abs. I would be doing abs every other day in between your lifting sets. That would be a great start IMO.
 
here's a quick chime-in before I'm off to kill legs:

you have to decide if you're gonna bulk to gain muscle, or cut-up to get abs... seems like you're not certain which you wanna do, so you're kinda all over the place

whichever you're gonna do, you have to EAT accordingly... if you want abs, yes, you have to do cardio, yes you have to do abs, but that's 50% (or less) of the battle... diet is PARAMOUNT... I'll be honest, I don't do cardio as much as I should, I admit... but when I need to get lean, I adjust diet, and that alone makes my abs pop out... if I add cardio, BHAM!

and for the record, running for 10 minutes, or power-walking for 30 mins is NOT cardio.... you need to run a minimum of 20 minutes just to get your heart rate up... if you want to get the most out of your cardio, run 30-45 minutes first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach (maybe have some caffeine), try that for a minimum of 2 weeks, along with strict diet and ab routine... trust me, you'll get the abs you're looking
 
fasted cardio + a cheap 200mg caffeine piulled can do wonders

and limit the junk food and pink panties bro.

You started off with supps and prohormones/designer steroids, a shitty routine you got out of any flex magazine, and you want someone else to put together your complete diet and breakdown all the macros, etc.? All wrong bro. You should have had all that shit together before you even thought about PH/DS. Plenty of people here can help you get the diet and training together too. Nobody here will advise you on DS/PH until you're 21. And honestly you don't need them.

Go read the diet forum. Get your diet and training down. If you want to gain size (muscle mass) you will most likely have to accept the fact that you will put on some body fat. Who the fuck wants to be skinny anyway? I guess 16 year olds.

My workout is fine.. My strength continuously goes up aswell as my size.. Right now I just want my abs to show without me flexing, then I will do a good bulk

1) 16 is way too young to mess around with prohormones, let alone AAS
2) I'll be less blunt than ceo (though he's absolutely right), your training routine could use alot of help, even if your strength and size are going up... you're 16 for crying out loud... your natural test levels are through the roof... OF COURSE you're gonna grow and get stronger, even if you lifted a pencil... it's human nature!
3) if you want abs, it's diet, diet, diet, DIET, DIET.... you getting the picture? if abs are your number one goal right now, then the solution for you couldn't be simpler! adopt a diet that's "abs-conducive", ramp up your cardio significantly, get a good ab routine... you should have abs in no time... I know tons of 16-21 yr olds that are NOT juicing and are ripped to shreds

We're all here to help, but if you're resist good, sound, SOLID advice, no one is gonna wanna help you down the road... don't shoot yourself in the foot....you're just waiting for that one idiot that's gonna tell you, "YAH DUDE, YOU'RE RIGHT...DO IT!".... be smart about it

I know what you guys are saying, I wasn't asking about supplements though, I was asking dietary advice or cardio advice whether I should sprint full out for 10minutes, or like you said 30-45 minutes moderate jog.. What exersises would be good for cutting core, all that kind of stuff, not asking what prohormones I could get my hands on

well if memory serves me, you initially were asking about prohormones or AAS... but anyway... the AAS board really isn't the best place to ask basic questions about diet and cardio... but my response would be the same... 30-45 mins of cardio in the AM, on an empty stomach... low-carb / high protein / med healthy fats diet... higher-reps range for your routine... 6-8 rep range / heavy weight is good for strength... 8-12 is hypertropy range (muscle building)... above 8-12 rep range is toning / fat-burning.. also, if you try a super-set routine (no rest in between sets), that's a killer cardio session and burns alot of fat
