Neighbor issue: let's crowdsource a solution / murder plot

You're spending too much time thinking about your neighbors are doing. Mind your own business. If his business doesn't slop over onto your business, everything is kopasetic. Your business stops when you step over your property line, same for him.

While you don't approve of what he's doing, if you don't look at him, you won't see it. People don't like the fact I'm a wiccan. Nobody is telling them to come through my front door or step onto my property.

one must consider this is coming from a lady that lives in the country and always has some potions brewing in a pot over a fire.

Gotta disagree here (shocking, I know!). A) I've spent maybe 27 minutes total on all this, so there's that. B) So you obviously don't believe that property value is affected by anything outside your own actual property?! So let's say I'm trying to sell my house and a prospective buyer comes by and sees jagoff doing a drug deal. That's not my business?! That doesn't affect me?!

This is my issue. I don't care what he does with his life, but there is a clear issue here that could potentially affect me tremendously in the future.

Fuck YO Neighbors

Ha. It's not about danger. Ratting isn't something I would do.

(and for the record, cops don't give a shit about some scumbag living in a decent white person neighborhood buying dime bags)

A whole street of homeowners calling the cops makes them care.

I'd just approach the dude next time he's outside and tell him I know what's up and it's not cool. I don't want to see you scoring shit ever again on this street or I'm going to have to let the other neighbors know what's going down.

You don't have to do a thing but sit & wait. He'll lose that house faster than you can say Mississippi. Anyone who doesn't work, and has a drug issue, cannot keep any property. If he gets some cash inheritance with the house, his drug problem will get worse overnight, and he'll either die, or get busted. If there isn't much cash, he'll go through it right away, and won't be able to pay the property tax (or worse, won't be able to pay the mortgage if the elderly couple still had one). How do I know? Simple... You said a very important thing which guarantees it: He got bolder as soon as the Dad passed away. This is a textbook classic case.

are you selling your house? are your neighbors selling their house? if not I guess your property value isn't a real issue

what kind of drugs are we talkin here? anything thats going to bring violence?

I guess ignoring it or talkin to cop buddies would be the way to go...all of my cop friends would've taken turns driving down the street and glaring at the guy to curb his new found boldness..win/win . No outward snitching gettin the dude arrested over dime bags and you get the guy to go back to bein quiet about it

also, talkin to the guy is probably a fabulously bad way to go.
I'm thinkin that would just have every dealer within a 10 miles radius keepin an eye on YOU and blaming you for every time one of em gets narcd out

this is pretty solid ^^^^

friend of mine had a raging coke habit, he inherited his fathers house and a half a million dollars
house wasn't quite paid for and the house was a big bucks lake house
it took him like under 2 yrs to lose the house

he wised up, got into rehab, took what was left of what he had for money and bought a small house where he quietly smokes weed in the woods and bothers no one, unless its motorcports related anyway :)

if he gets in financial trouble he might break in to neighbor's homes to score cash or stuff to sell for cash, I would not confront him and would try for him NOT to find out I know, last thing I need is a junkie with bad people connections knowing I might rat him out, which is shy I would rat him out in a heart beat, you can also take down the license plate of the dealer and rat him out, get rid of the source

Charles is right. he will lose the house eventually .. will take some time. his parents pay all the bills now. he has no money i betcha.. once his mom is gone he will blow through the inheritance and be left with nothing.

in the meantime just avoid him. you dont want to get involved with drug dealing there is no upside for you.
