Not only is he a great guy, his really good looking too. I'm not gay, but this guy is so good looking that I bet he could turn a lot straight dudes gay.

Needto also is generous. He has nothing but time to give. The bro runs on a 28 hour clock and only get 2 hours sleep. All the while he is doing nothing else but helping others out. Hell, yesterday I saw him helping 2 old ladies cross the road. He picked one up with each arm and shoulder pressed them and set them down on the other side.

On top of it, he is a hell of a spotter. The other day I was in the gym going for a 1500 lb ass to grass squat, and there was Needto (we don't even live in the same state - but there he was) asking if I needed a spot. Turned out I did, and when I dropped the bar and the bottom, he just grabbed it with one hand and set it back in the rack for me. He even racked the plates for me!

Needto is one hell of a guy!

I want to make a few things clear. AR has a different stile and out look on things then I do. He is a different person then I am. He has done things I do not agree with. He knows this and I have told him this. I have told him I think you acted like A dick head here or there.

I speak out when I think he did some dumb shit, and he will do the same to me. He has often asked told me I am to soft and to willing to let things go. I have often told him he is to confrontational and unwilling to let things go.

I have said hay "your an asshole and you know it right?" and he has said "yup I am, and your a bitch and you know it right". We are not partners on anything. We do not have any things we work on together. We do not see eye to eye on a whole lot of things. He has had dealings with people and sites I do not agree with. He has don things I do not like and I tell him so.

One thing remains though. He respected me when others would not. He stuck up for me when others would not. He is a good source of information and a lot smarter then (some) people give him credit for. He has been true to me and his word to me. Will that bite me in the ass? It might but for now I take every man at face value and treat them the way the treat me. If he treats me in a different way I will do the same but for now he don't.
