Also, that side arm/tricep shot is looking really good. Your coming together very well. Is everything on track? meaning are you where you want to be or did you have different plans at this point?
one thing......... on your hands overhead abdominals adn thigh shot.......... pull your hands against your head and point your elbows up at the celing, not out at the crowd........ it will really bring out your lats on that pose.

gonelifting, I really didnt have any solid plans as I've never done a show before. But at the pace I'm on, I should be right around 5% or so by show time, which is what I wanted.
