I'll certainly add mored fruits, love the stuff! I was under the impression oats are low GI, quick oats come under the medium (56-69) and the oats i use are below 55 (just) so dont see a problem with the oats, semi skimmed milk is even lower on the glycemic index. Am i missing something here? Lol the bran flakes could definitely be swapped out for some fruit an a few nuts etc, they're quite high up the index.

		 thanks. Currently seeking out a nutritionist that specialises in this area (bodybuilding) dont want an average health obsessed weight loss freak lol, same with personal trainers, i wouldn't trust someone who hasn't had great results themselves, or with clients in building mass.
