Need Advice. Peptides? SARMS? Or both?

First time poster but long time lurker. I’ve read a lot of the previous posts and also listened to the podcasts. Need some advice on what to take with proper dosage. Here are my goals:
1. I’m not looking to be a large bodybuilder. I’m currently 6 1’ and 190 pounds with around 12% body fat. I would like to cut my body fat percentage and add back muscle to fat I lose. Would like to stay an athletic build just stronger with less fat. Currently very fit cardio wise with good strength and eat somewhat clean (could improve)
2. I am in my mid 40s so I would like some anti-aging benefits and also some healing properties. I’ve exercised hard my entire life and have some wear and tear.
3. One of the reasons that I’m leaning toward peptides is I really need a better sleep quality. It’s very difficult for me to get in and stay in a deep recovery sleep
4. I have a very busy work schedule so a morning and evening injection is about the max that I could do
5. Basically, I’d like to add 10 to 15 pounds of muscle while losing around 10 pounds of fat. Get some anti-aging benefits and greatly improve my sleep.

What would be your recommendations to use with dosage amounts and frequency?
 
you need to be realistic here... you want a million different things here and just adding 10-15 pounds and losing 10 pounds of fat is not happening in one cycle as it is.. you want healing, you want a certain schedule of pinning etc, you want sleep help, you want to gain a ton of size, you want to lose a ton of fat.. come on here bro... you HAVE to be realistic on this...

i can lay you out a sarms and peptides healing stack, that will be huge in terms of overall healing and i can add in a few other things to help gain muscle and lose fat but you are going to have to figure out your pinning schedule and make it work.. you also need to be realistic on what can be accomplished in just one cycle...

You can use peptides and sarms but I would start with sarms only.

50mgs ostarine/day
25mgs testolone rad/day
20mgs carddarine/day
7caps n2guard/day (organ liver support)

and you need to start your DIet training log journal right now on EF so we can actually see what you're doing and help you prep for the sarms cycle.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
