Need Help From the Pros

ive been hearing alot of mixed opinions about training on this board and im wondering if ive been overtraining here is my current training schedule. Please Provide any tips aswell

Monday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min

Tuesday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min

Wednesday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min

Thursday: Off

Friday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min

Saturday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min

Sunday: Off
 
It would run something like this but changes every week



Monday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Chest 16-20 sets 8 - 10 reps
Tris 16-20 sets 8 - 10 reps


Tuesday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Back 16-20 sets 8 - 10 reps
Bis 16-20 sets 8 - 10 reps

Wednesday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Shoulders 16-20 sets 8 - 10 reps

Thursday: Off

Friday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Legs 20-25 sets 8 - 10 reps


Saturday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Chest 16-20 sets 8 - 10 reps
Tris 16-20 sets 8 - 10 reps

Sunday: Off

When monday rolls around again back an bis will start the new week so it changes frequently
 
Sounds pretty solid to me, The only do 12 sets per body part(give or take) but that is just my personal prefrance. Good Luck on your cycle as well Ninja!

hmmm ive heard that the target sets is 15-18, will i notice the difference between 12 sets over 15-18 sets
 
It varies from person to person, I get to failure around 11-13 sets and can't go any longer in good form with a decent amount of weight.
