ive been hearing alot of mixed opinions about training on this board and im wondering if ive been overtraining here is my current training schedule. Please Provide any tips aswell
Monday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Tuesday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Wednesday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Thursday: Off
Friday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Saturday: Lift for 1.5 hours, Cardio for 25-35min
Sunday: Off
