Hey guys. Here are some before and after pics of my chic. The first one was about 6 months ago. She has been busting her ass to get to where she is. She is thinking about trying some clen to help with those trouble areas. That is why I am posting this to the anabolic board. Diet is on track with 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fats. About 1200-1300 cals per day. Cardio 6 days per week. She has started lifting for about a month and a half and is doing well with that. Current weight is 130# and height is 5'10" bf is 18-20%. Goal is 122# 14%bf. Do you think it is time to try some clen? She seems to have hit a wall here and is getting a little frustrated. Any advice to help her out? My experience with women’s fitness is extremely limited.
