My trashy neighbors and their noisy ass dogs

I'm at my wits end with this shit, they have these 4 black dogs right, and the dogs go ape-shit every night howling and barking. At nothing!!! I swear there is nothing out there, they must just like hearing themselves or something. It's right next to my bedroom window, and it's so ridiculous it will wake me up at night and usually keep me awake on average of 30 minutes- an hour. It started last night at 3:00am and didn't stop until 5:30am. I went out there and threw a loaf of bread over the fence and figured if they had something to eat maybe they'd shut the fuck up. It worked good too, which makes me wonder if they're not being fed during the day and that's why they bark their asses off at night. I've been sitting here trying to come up with ideas to stop this, they wont listen to me if I say something, I know that already. And they wont bring them inside because I'm under the impression that these are not "indoor" dogs. So ,I'm going to find the guys phone #, and everytime his dogs decide to have a sound off at night, I'm blocking my #, calling there, and hanging up. Fuck it, if I have to be awake because of this, so will they.

Singing for their supper, I've suffered the same problem.

They say you can tell a lot about a dog owner by observing the hound. This is also true of most young children, they reflect.

In my experience bringing the problem to the attention of the owner is like asking a teenager to turn the volume down, essentially a waste of breath.

Obviously it's a behavioral issue which you've just started reinforcing by rewarding a negative. Keep throwing food over the fence every time they howl and you can guarantee they'll continue barking all night until fed. I suggest if you're going to chuck food at them, that you load it with something they won't wake up from.

Someone is going to respond by saying its not the dogs fault but the owners, the dogs don't know any better, why should they suffer? Deprive the same people of a few nights sleep and they'll be ready to kill for sure.
