My trashy neighbors and their noisy ass dogs

Call the police and tell them you think there is a dog fight going on next door because you hear barking and snarling with screaming and yelling. Or lie and tell them there is a domestic disturbance going on. They will show up right quick. Then anytime these dogs wake you up just call them again. And again. Eventually the neighbours will get sick of the knock on the door at 3am and do something about it.
