Back: changed it up a little. My left elbow was being bothered a bit

Elliptical: 1 HR at 7resistence
Lat pulldowns: 6*10*70
Sa DB row: 6*10*40
Overhead laying down Lat Ext?: 6*10*25s
Bent over DB flyes: 5*10*15
Flatbar Lat pulldowns: 5*10*80
Delt rope pull: 5*10*80
Elliptical: 30 min at 8 resistence
 
Took yesterday off bc of working overtime.
Today I went to a.different gym to train with a friend. Figured out that I haven't been going as fast on the stepmill as I thought. Workout went like this:

Stepmill: 30 min. 85spm no holding on. 100 spm for last 5 min.
Squats: 1*20*45atg, 6*10*135atg(my knee is swollen so went lighter to test it)
Plie' squats: 6*10*135
Leg press: 6*10*420wide, 6*10*330close
Walking lunges: 4*15each leg w/30lb dbs
Elliptical: 30min 10resistence
Leg raises w/ overhead medicine ball lift: 3*20
Crunches; 4*100
Planks: 5*1 min hold

I love/hate him right now!!!LOL

Stepmill: 20 min, 90spm no hands
Supersets:
DB curls/SD Lat raise/Sa DB overhead triceps Ext. 5*10*17.5

Bentover DB trial Ext/triceps pushups : 5*10*17.5

Bench dips 45lb plate/double crunches balanced on bench: 5*10,5*20

Flatbar trial pushdown: 5*10*80
Reverse.grip: 5*10*80
Overhead rope Ext: 5*15*25
Elliptical: 20 min at 10 resistance
Decline situps: 3*30
Crunch chair: 5*100
