My supplements but whens the best time to be taking them?

I got

L-Glutamine
Creatine
ZMA Tablets
AST Multipros vitamins
N-Large II
AST VP2 protein

ive just started my bulking diet atm.

Does this look like the best time to be taking each

L-Glutamine - pre and post workout
Creatine - morning and night
ZMA Tablets - 3 before bed
AST Multipros vitamins - 1 for breakfast, 1 for dinner
N-Large II - pre workout
AST VP2 protein - post workout & before bed

Might want to ask the suppliment board.

L-Glutamine- sell it..replace with steak
Creatine - pre and post workout
ZMA Tablets - throw away... I'm a nutritional science major in school right now and I advise you NOT to injest this
AST Multipros vitamins- first thing in the morning with a meal, and before bed with a meal
N-Large II - throw in garbage and replace with steak
AST VP2 protien -throw in garbage and replace with steak

where i am steak is not an option. with what i had listed am i taking them at the right times?
 
Ok,then find another cut of meat. Yes they are the right times except the ZMA. Throw it away. It is not only worthless... it is bad for you.
