I merely pointed out THE FACT that I have been here for SEVEN YEARS. Why is it that the VAST MAJORITY of board members don't seem to have the same issue with following the rules?

You were extremely condecending by implying I am 'too fucking stupid' to understand and follow rules - when I clearly stated the reason why it was impossible to follow the rules is that they weren't defined and were arbitrary.

I am having a hard time understanding why you can't understand something that the vast majority of the board has no issue dealing with on a regular basis in a positive fashion. People like you (no disrespect) - JUST FACT - make life very difficult for management.

In case you hadn't notice (I will repeat it) LIFE ISNT FAIR and there are many many rules - hell ALL of society's rules are arbitrary (ie why does one cop give one speeder a mulligan while throwing the book at another - that is just a simple example, there are millions of other example with varying degree of consequence to the parties these circumstances effect).

I don't understand why you (and a small minority of others) are having such a hard time accepting and dealing with it.

You are unable to explain your point of view to me without hurling insults but yet this is a negative reflection on ME.... how?

The fact is there is no justice and life isn't fair.

I don't understand how it is that if some ONE person (or minority) has an *issue* regarding rules they can't just take it up with management personally instead of inciting havoc. I am trying to find the reasoning and motivation behind this sort of behavior because I truly do not understand it.

Here is another example that might make you see what I am trying to ask:

Cop gives me a ticket for a stupid car freshner that is dangling from my rear view mirror *because it blocks the view*.

WTF IS THAT ABOUT?!

I have never heard of such utter bullshit. I even took pictures of all of the cars who had freaking hyuge ass bows and babyshoes in the FREAKING PERSONAL VEHICLES OF POLICE parked in the parking lot of the municipal complex.

You know what was told me?

"Ma'am the fine is 90$. Make the check out to the city of blah, blah, blah township."

NEXT!

I had two choices:

1. I could either pay the fine, swallow my sense of outrage at the OBVIOUS injustice of it all, and be done with it.

OR

2. Jump up and down and say, "Your honor - that is BULLSHIT" and have my crazy ass get fined and sentenced for contempt because I didn't like the *arbitrary rules*.

Either way... I chose to take down the bullshit car freshner because I got one ticket, and didn't feel the need to get another as in the end - I would be the one who was FUCKED - not every other driver who never got a ticket.
