I already posted my thoughts but this has given me an idea for my gym's suggestion box. Or for me to tell the gym manager the next time I see him sitting in his little office.

Our gym doesn't have orientation. It needs it. Signs aren't really enough. And people don't just need orientation for letting people work in , etc., but for GETTING THEIR WEIGHTS OFF THE EQUIPMENT WHEN THEY ARE FUCKIN GDONE AND NOT MONOPOLIZING 4 SETS OF DUMBELLS.

Besides, this has been a pretty funny thread. Fat chick-haters versus the guys who likes da heavies. Lets get ready to rumbllllllllllllllllllllllllllle!

Yeah, of course some would have to use the Gay word in an offensive way on this board. Wake up guys, this is a real world situation. I am polite enough enough when I know I would be interrupting someone cutting in by taking off too many plates, I sit and wait for my turn (and have to usually unload those '45s by myself).

if you wanted to work in- how come you didnt ask her??? (cause she was fat???) really-- & I might sit on the machine if I just hit a very heavy set (like on seated calves) & couldnt walk!!!
