To denegrate her like that. Anyone who is at least trying to better herslef should be commended A-hole. YOUR the one with the problem. But that is just my opininion. Maybe you should get over yourself. You have a FAT ASS EGO. I dare you to go post that on the women's board.
am sure you started out skinny, or fat. or were you the perfect specimine you must be today when you started. I was a skinny little kid and I had encouragement from Scott Wilson, Ed Corney... a few people you might have heard of who worked out at Gold's in San Jose. They could have made fun of me but they did the opposite. Take note. Maybe you should have complimented her for efforts then given her a lesson.
How old are you? You sound like a 16 year old who just got his first muscle.
GOD I MUST be taking too much CLOMID.
here's the way i look at it.
she went through an hour and a half long orientation where you are read every rule of the gym and actually have every machine demonstrated in its proper function. If you dont know, even though its 2 of the 10 rules of the hper center posted on every pillar and every wall, that you are supposed to work in, and let other people work in. i wasnt monopolizing several pieces of equipment, i was dripping with sweat and my legs were shaking, i jsut wanted to finish and then go swain somewhere.
im very excited that she is in the gym. the reason that i didnt say anything is that i didnt want to hurt her feelings or offend her in any way that she might not come back to the gym. i thought i could come here and vent (and i was checking my auctions on ebay)
i started out at 165lbs and really really really scrawny. i watched body of work and then read body of life. since then (3 years ago) my lean body mass has probably increased 20-25 lbs. i weigh 224 to 235 depending on what day it is. I like to consider myself someone who is encouraging to people who are just getting started. there is still no excuse for ignorance. due to how fast the univ i attend is growing, the hper center gets smaller and smaller seemingly due to the ever rising number of peopel that go there. now the whole problem could have been avioded if
A: i hadnt been taking tren and test
B: it wasnt leg day
C: i was exhausted and cranky
D: something witty i cant think of right now.
E: people actually listened to things that they tell you during orientation, maybe then there wouldnt be any stupid injuries in the gym, unless you consider trying to do 405 for sets on squats when you know you cant.
