don't let your girlfriend fuck with her hormones bro...she doesn't need drugs to loose fugg'n weight - THE QUESTION HAS BEEN ANSWERED SHE NEEDS TO CHANGE HER DIET!!! Tell her to up her fucking cardio 45min ED! Only eat carbs postworkout! She'll drop the fucking weight I gaurantee it - DRUG FREE! :mad:

Not to flame you bro, but studies have shown Anavar DOES help fat burning in the abdominal areas.

no1stunna, Your girl is not genetically predispositioned to lose that last 20lbs. She will need help in the AS and Thyroid department. That's not to say that she can just lay around and burn fat. She still needs to keep her regiment and perhaps increase it a bit, as well as watching what she eats. But mind you, no matter how much she loses, if she returns to her "normal" life style, i.e. stops taking steroids and thermogenics, slows down on her exercise, or increases her calories, she WILL gain the weight back.

50mcg/ed of T-3 would be more than enough to get her body temp up- she should start with a half a pill (12.5mcg) everyday and double the dosage every two days (or so) until she gets to 50mcg/per day. She should definitely not exceed 6 weeks, and IMO, she should not exceed a 3 or 4 week cycle. If she decides to use Anavar, she should be cautious. 5gms a day would be a good start for her, but if any masculazation symptoms occur- she needs to stop immediately! Later bro... BTW karma is good!!! :p Don't mind being shameless for karma sometimes... lol.

Weight loss is always THIS simple.

kCals out > kCals in = weight loss.

Loosing BF and retaining muscle is different. But weight loss is always this simple. In fact the only way to loose is to reduce intake or up activity level. You have to create a negative energy balance somehow.

Look she should train and diet for many years before using drugs to help. Ox and T3 are great drugs and they'll work. But drugs aren't magic bullets to be used by anybody. You need to get your body close to max genetic potential for the effects of the drugs to be lasting. I bet if your friend uses T3 and Ox to loose that last 20, she'll regain it in a year. Once you lean out naturally through diet and training you have a better understanding of how to do it again, usually you alter your metabolism on a more or less permanent basis, and you develop the most important thing needed to maintain lasting gains thru diet and training: DISCIPLINE.


Shortcuts are great but doing it right is better.
