ok my new girl is 5'6" about 150lbs. she runs every morning for 30 min. 5 days a week and weight trains. her diet is right on. shes getting a little frustrated cause the last 20lbs arent coming off like they used to. i was wondering if 50mcg's of cynomel would help. shes already been on ephedrine for the last 4 weeks and its not really helping. if she was to use the t-3 do you think it would be smart for her to take 5mg of anavar as well? im not sure if shes going to want to turn to the dark side but im sure if it would help i could convince her. i really like this girl so i want her happy. and me too any help w/ t-3 and anavar dosages would be appreciated. thanks

I would advise a revising of her diet first & foremost bro. What exactly does her diet consist of if I may ask? Therein usually lies the solution, with a little tinkering. If she has been using the Ephedrine for that long, and it is no longer effective, then her body is quite simply tolorant to the dose she is taking, and it would be beneficial to either increase it, or to switch to another appetite suppresant/"fat-burner". I switched to "Thermo-Gen" by Sci-Fit when my tolorance to E/C/A was getting out of hand, and was more than my Stomach could handle anymore. It's a combination of ephedrine w/ 10 mgs of Yohimbine hcl thrown in as well. It really did the trick on the appetite suppresing part, and gave me a shitload of energy at the gym as well. Im not a big believer that those types of items actually burn fat though so AGAIN, the diet is key.

I would have to say that though you & she may think her diet is on track, it is not on the right track. Cardio & diet will get her much closer to her goal. Stick with OTC thermogenics, no need to start using T-3 & such until she get's leaner & at that point if she wants to cut & after much research, it could be an option. There is no magic overnight pill. Tell her to change up on her cardio routines so she's nto doing the same thing day after day & boost the intensity.

It's possible that if she's been dieting for a long time, her metabolism's fucked up. She might need to raise the calories up (slowly) to 'reset' it. Then *slowly* drop the calories back down.

I remember when I was trying to go from 8% bf to 6% bf. I just dropped calories to about 1800 daily. My maitenance level is about 3000. I lost some fat for about a week, then I stalled. I dropped a little more and felt really crappy and started losing muscle. So I realized what I did, inched the calories back up to 3000, ate that for two weeks, then dropped them 100 a day to 2700 and started doing more cardio. So far, so good... and I can eat lots more than I was before.

I agree with the others. Diet is key. You say her diet is right on? What does that mean? I have a friend who is a vegetarian and exercises a lot she runs more than your girl. She eats great but snacks on some bad stuff-She wonders the same thing "why can't I loose that last 20?"

Willpower. Gotta have willpower. Get her on the regimented diet-like same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner EVERYDAY. Try this for 3 weeks.
1) Make sure it is a well balanced with plenty of veggies and fruit. 2) Cut out breads and wheat pasta.
3) Up the protein.
4) Make sure her food intake kCal is less than kCal energy expended (she'll need know her BMR and calculate how many cals exercise burns). Create a 200 Kcal deficiet/day and that'll fire up her metabolism.

This is guaranteed to work. I bet she'll loose 5 lbs in 2 weeks w/above.

Most of the time a person can diet better and exercise harder before they need to result to drugs. As well T3 or anavar exactly things to take lightly-actually you could say that about all drugs even ECA. These items should be the icing on the cake- to take off an extra bit of weight like after she has lost the 20 and wants to loose a few more.

Well its not a diet-she's a vegetarian. She doesn't have a daily meal plan (which is why I think she is having problems leaning out). Her diet is healthy-she is always taking in fruits and veggies. She eats lots of beans and rice. She eats some pasta with plain sauce, Yogurt, Fish etc...Rice cakes, cereal, soy milk, whey protein shakes, couscous, light mex food. I am more or less on the same diet, but I eat chicken and a bit of red meat here and there. She got a few vegetarian cookbooks and that helped her find good meals to make. Have your friend try a few cookbooks. Variety is needed in a veggie diet.

I think her downfall is she gets bummed or has snack cravings and can kill off a thing of ice cream in one sitting or eats a bunch of cookies or chips. And she runs a lot, but not enough to overeat and then burn it off running. I think if she regimented her diet she'd lean out fast.
