i gave you red karma because you're disrupting the boards and turning into a flamefest. This has nothing to do with being american because half of this board is probably canadian anyways. We help people who aren't annoying or abrasive.


anyways, reno...keep it up bro. i honestly don't recommend you hang out here(anabolic forum) too much. Stop by once in awhile to do some research but you'd probably benefit the most from the diet and training forum. After awhile once you understand aspects of diet and training, you'll be more than ready to absorb the info here. good luck bro...

it helps tremendously to have a mentor, so hopefully your brother knows what he's doing

In some cases one party looks significantly more stupid than another, and they do it to themselves.

CrisisINReno, building muscle is a very slow process. It might feel like you can't gain size if you're expecting it to happen right away. You need to stick with it for the longhaul to get noticeable improvement. Just keep hitting the gym and eating right and you'll grow over time.
