And like the man said, don't be afraid to take the weight down and do it right. Every week someone joins the gym who uses higher weights than the vets on the sternum bounce (aka bench), standing back extension (aka curls), and the 2-inch knee flexion (aka squat). They do this like a month or two, of course don't grow, and quit. Take it down, full range of motion, and feel the burn, and you will grow like crap! Good luck and congratulations!
